If for any reason, you aren’t happy with the jewelry you purchased, just contact us within 3 days of delivery and we can arrange for you to send send the jewelry back to us.
We will refund 100% of your purchase price + postage.
We ship within days of your purchase. We use the US Post Office (USPS) for all of our shipping. We include insurance in the shipping charges. We offer you two options:
- Priority (2-3 days)
- Priority Express (overnight)
Every item is guaranteed to your satisfaction, and in the event that it does not meet your expectations, e-mail us at email@example.com upon receipt of the item. We will refund your payment only upon immediate return of the item in the same condition and method in which it was mailed or it’s equivalent. Shipping and insuring the return of the merchandise is the buyer’s responsibility.
